Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and they
will be put into the shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for
a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping
from anywhere outside of the UK, place your order and your credit
card company will convert the transaction from Sterling tor your
own currency. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated
into your order, so you may see the total cost before you buy
online.
We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo
and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Back ordered items are not charged for until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail
mail, or online where it will be encrypted by our SSL online software.

Shipping And Handling All purchases other then
Bowls and Bags, will be posted by Royal Mail UK Mainland, We also
use Parcel Force 48 Hour Service & 24 Hour Service as an alternative
for the heavier items such as bowls and bags. Cost will be calculated
into your order at time of ordering, so you can see how much total
order will cost before placing your order.Your order must be placed
before noon, on a Week day to ensure next day delivery. NOTE :
We can only provide this service on items that are in stock, if
the item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be emailed
within 1 working day to be asked how you would like to proceed.
Bowls & Bags being sent to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands,
and Isle of Man will cost a further £13.00 for 3 day service.
Outside of the UK, purchases will be shipped using Parcel Force
Worldwide Internatinal Scheduled Service, the cost of shipping
for our overseas customers will be automatically added to your
order in the online ordering process, to let you see the total
cost of your purchase before you buy.
Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to despatch
orders by the same working day, but this may not be possible during
our busy times, (November-December) and (April - May) please bear
with us, and rest assurred that every effort will be made to process
your purchases as soon as possible. We are CLOSED Monday's.

Force 24 Hour Service, Cost £6.50. Northern Ireland, Isle
of Man, and Scottish Highlands, 3 day service, Cost £8.99,
All other items sent UK, by Royal Mail 1st Class at cost. or NEXT
DAY at your choice. Please select when ordering.
International Delivery times will vary depending
on the Country to be shiped too. The following are scheduled delivery
times, for Australia 4 days, USA/Canada 3 days, Far East 5 days,
South Africa 5 days, Spain/Portugal 48HR. Tennerife 4 days, Cyprus
4 days. We must stress that these are working days, All overseas
purchases are shipped by Air.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we
will back order it for you. You will always be emailed, or phoned
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
No purchase will be charged for until it is shipped.
Tax Charges For all orders delivered to a UK or the European Union
address, 17.5% VAT will be added to your order. For orders delivered
to all Non EU address are VAT free and you should tick the exempt
button to reduce VAT to zero
Credit Card Security We know of no
documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system
over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted by our
software when the order is placed using SSL encryption. They are
only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held
in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Cancellation of Orders.
You may return any goods found to be unsuitable, for exchange or
refund. You may cancel your order withour reason, within the 7 day
'cooling off period' begining the day after you receive your goods,
and ending on the expiry of 7 working days. The items should not
have been used, and should be returned in the orginal packaging.
You will be liable for your own postage costs incurred in returning
the items to us. We guarntee to refund any monies due within 30
days of cancellation, a deduction will be made for our costs incurred
in the return of the items, if we have to arrange for the direct
collection of the items.
Any items found to be faulty may be returned for a exchange or full
refund. Your return postage costs will be fully refunded on the
faulty items. This does no affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints Procedure: Please make
your complaint in writing, or via email, stating your name address,
order number, and the date ordered, together with the nature of
your complaint. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within
5 working days. We will advise you of how long it will take to resolve,
and keep you informed.
