Buy your new bowls from us, and if after 30 days you are not satisfied, you can return them for exchange or your money back. Its true, you have 30 days to try your new bowls at your own club in your own time, just send them back if you are not completely satisfied. You can use the bowls as you wish, to practice, on your own, or in a game if you wish, but please try to look after them, we can only continue to offer this service, if the bowls are looked after, surface scartches etc. are to be expected, but any chips or deep scratches will mean we will have to deduct for damage to the bowls if returned.

All we ask is that you keep the bowls for a minimum of 30 days, and maximum of 35 days, as we want you to 'feel they are yours', without putting yourself under pressure to get used to them. If after this time they are not for you, just return them to us for a full refund less our handling fee of £15.00. You can use any form of postage you wish, but please make sure they are insured for the full cost of replacement if lost. Bowls must be returned un- damaged and in good condition, and in original packaging, with receipt. We will then contact you to see if you would like a replacement or a refund to be put back on your credit card.
